How long will my order take?
My standard turnaround time is 3-4 weeks, though this may vary depending on my current orders. Every item is handmade with love, which requires a little extra time! Should you need your order by a particular date, please get in touch and I will see what I can do!

How do I look after my items?
Please refer to the care label within your garment. To keep your items looking their best please follow these directions:

• Wash inside out at 30 degrees
• Wash with similar colours
• Do not tumble dry
• Warm iron 
• If ironing rompers, do not iron over the plastic snaps.

What fabric will my items be made from?
Most of our exclusive fabrics are made from OEKO-Tex Certified Cotton French Terry which is super soft and stretchy. Some fabrics are made from OEKO-Tex Certified Cotton Jersey (fabric is stated in the item description).

What size should I buy?
Handmade clothing differs from High-Street stores, therefore I advice checking our “Sizing Chart” at the top of our homepage. If you are unsure of sizing, I am always happy to help! Should you require custom sizing (such as a longer length) I am more than happy to accommodate where I can! 

Do you offer exchanges/refunds?
As our items are handmade, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, however, if there is an issue with your item please get in touch and we will try to resolve this.
